1. Central Perk was inspired by a real coffee shop in New York City.
Located in the West Village, the original Central Perk was a popular spot for the show's creators.
2. The iconic orange couch in Central Perk was found in the basement of the Warner Bros. studio.
It was originally a bright purple color, but the creators decided to change it to orange to make it stand out on camera.
3. There were actually two different sets for Monica's apartment.
One was used for wide shots and the other for close-ups.
4. The infamous "Ugly Naked Guy" was actually played by a different actor every time he appeared on the show.
This was because they never showed his face, so they could use different extras for each episode.
5. Joey and Chandler's apartment was supposed to be above the girls' apartment, but the set was built incorrectly.
As a result, the characters had to use the same stairs to go up and down between apartments.
6. The picture frame on Monica's door changed from purple to yellow in the later seasons.
This was because the original purple frame was broken by a crew member and they couldn't find a replacement.
7. The fountain in the opening credits was actually located at the Warner Bros. Ranch in Burbank, California.
It has since been moved to the Warner Bros. Studio Tour.
8. The iconic "How you doin'?" catchphrase was improvised by Joey actor, Matt LeBlanc.
It wasn't originally in the script and became a fan favorite.

How To Install new background wallpaper on your device
For Windows 11
- Click the on-screen Windows button or press the Windows button on your keyboard.
- Click Settings.
- Go to Personalization.
- Choose Background.
- Select an already available image or click Browse to search for an image you've saved to your PC.
For Windows 10 / 11
You can select “Personalization” in the context menu. The settings window will open. Settings> Personalization>
Background.
In any case, you will find yourself in the same place. To select another image stored on your PC, select “Image”
or click “Browse”.
For Windows Vista or Windows 7
Right-click on the desktop, select "Personalization", click on "Desktop Background" and select the menu you want
(the "Browse" buttons or select an image in the viewer). Click OK when done.
For Windows XP
Right-click on an empty area on the desktop, select "Properties" in the context menu, select the "Desktop" tab
and select an image from the ones listed in the scroll window.
For Mac OS X
